Boyband One Direction spent part of yesterday (July 11) at a secret location working on a photoshoot for their new album, but member Harry Styles had an unfortunate incident with a piece of fruit.

The lads tweeted a message to fans to let them know that progress is being made on their forthcoming new record and during the shoot Styles choked on a blueberry. He took to Twitter late last night and shared details of the frightening experience with his 5.2 million followers:

"Good shoot today!! Long day but some great shots, hope you guys like them. x But I did throw a blueberry to the back of my mouth an choked."

Irish singer Niall Horan also shared his thoughts on the day via Twitter, writing: "tired after that day....14 hrs .. i think its chill time for niall!"

He also revealed that One Direction are back in the studio today (July 12) and added: "Whats up guys! Just woke up! Got a good sleep! Feelin good! Studio this afternoon!"
