Harry, Liam & Niall were last night seen being pranked by their One Direction bandmates Zayn & Louis in a sketch for US kids channel Nickelodeon.

The mischievous two oldest members of the group decided to play a trick on the trio by arranging for an interviewer to pretend she was going into labour after asking the boys to sing to her baby.

Filmed for a segment entitled You Gotta See This! One Direction Prank, the unsuspecting threesome looked shocked at the prospect of having to deliver a baby before they were finally let in on the joke.

Harry Styles later appeared to be slightly disappointed that the interviewer wasn’t really about to give birth:

“I was actually thinking this is going to be a great press story. ‘One Direction delivers child,’ and then that!"
