One Direction say a new single is coming "very soon"

Well-loved boyband One Direction have revealed that they're currently in the process of choosing their new single.

Speaking to In Demand with Alex James, the 'What Makes You Beautiful' hitmakers explained that although they haven't finalised the decision they are working on selecting the best track to be released next. Niall Horan confirmed: "We actually haven't picked one yet."

Member Louis Tomlinson added: "We're going to be picking it very soon, very soon. There's two or three... there's about three songs that are all good contenders."

The lads also addressed the rumours that suggest they've recorded a collaboration with teen sensation Justin Bieber and admitted that no duets have been realised, although they would consider teaming up in the future:

"There's actually been no talks between either of us. I think it's a story the press has stirred up. We'd like to have [a collaboration] on the album but who knows?"
