Heartthrob Harry Styles took time out from recording new music in the studio with Tom Fletcher of McFly to treat the rest of the lads to a barbecue.

The 'One Thing' superstars are busy laying down tracks for their forthcoming new album, along with the help of Fletcher, and member Liam Payne told his followers that this afternoon has been spent working on new material:

"in studiooo with @tommcfly, can't wait for you to hear the new albummm."

Earlier today (August 17), Fletcher tweeted that he was hanging out with the One Direction hitmakers and shared a photo of the feast that Styles had helped to prepare:

"I'm functioning (barely) on less than 2hrs sleep, borderline lethal amounts of caffeine, fruit juice, chocolate and sugary stuff. BBQ with 1D. Food supplied by @Harry_Styles and prepared by a variety of Mcfly/1D hands."
