Louis Tomlinson overwhelmed by success and tells fans "you have put us here"

Following the incredible success that One Direction have enjoyed to date, member Louis Tomlinson has taken to his official Twitter page to talk about how grateful he is for the experience.

The lads have already won a BRIT Award, had one of their singles covered by the cast of Glee, and performed at the London 2012 Olympics, and Tomlinson reached out to his followers earlier this evening (September 4) to thank them for their unwavering support:

"Guys I've spent a lot of time reflecting this week on all we have achieved. I actually can't believe what you have helped us to achieve! In such a short space of time. You guys should know how much all of you mean to us. You have put us here!"

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' stars are currently in the USA to prepare for their upcoming performance at the MTV VMAs and they recently confirmed the title of their brand new studio album as 'Take Me Home'.
