One Direction fans have seen their loyalty split after videos of Harry Styles and Taylor Swift were uploaded online.

The duo were pictured sharing a kiss at a New Year's Eve party in New York City on Monday (December 31) as they ushered in 2013, with videos now also appearing online.

It is the latest clue to emerge regarding the pair's reported relationship, which has yet to be officially confirmed.

One Direction fans have been taking to Twitter in droves to comment on the couple, who have been dubbed Haylor.

Many have been left saddened by Styles kissing Swift, with one user saying:

"The Haylor kissing video broke my heart, not gonna lie."

However, some tweets have been sent in support of the pair's romance, with another account meanwhile tweeting: "How can so called One Direction fans hate Haylor? If you're a fan, you'd want the lads to be happy. No?"

Earlier, one user said: "'If you don't like Haylor you are just jealous' Or maybe I don't want my idol being used for a terrible country song that will embarrass him?"
