One Direction's Harry Styles breaks down during African hospital visit

The One Direction lads recorded this year's Comic Relief single, a cover of Blondie's 'One Way Or Another', and visited Ghana to see what the other side of life can really be like.

The heartthrobs visited a hospital in the area for a heartbreaking video segment, in which they encourage people to donate money to the worthwhile cause, and singer Harry Styles was overcome with emotion after watching a 3-years-old suffering from a serious case of malaria.

Speaking to the camera, a tearful Styles explains: "So we're here in the main emergency room, it's a bit of a strange atmosphere - quiet, no one's really talking. You can kind of just hear a lot of kids crying."

Once the nurse explains the severity of the child's condition to Styles, he breaks down and struggles to deliver the rest of his message while on camera.
