One Direction thank fans after finishing the UK leg of their tour: 'You were all amazing'

The One Direction heartthrobs wrapped up the UK leg of their current 'Take Me Home' tour on April 19 with a concert in Manchester and thanked fans for such an amazing series of shows.

Member Harry Styles took to his official Twitter page last night and told his 12.4 million followers that the support the band received while on the road was overwhelming:

"The UK leg of our tour is finished.. So thank you to everyone who came to watch. You were all amazing. We hope you enjoyed the show. xx" He added: "We're also very lucky to work with such an amazing crew so thank you to everyone who made it happen. See you soon and thanks again. x"

Singer Liam Payne also weighed in on the end of this chapter of their collective career and wrote: "I cant believe its the last tour of our UK and Ireland part of itttt!!!!! Thank you manchester for last night! Love you allllllllll. And so the uk ireland tours finishedddd:( thank you to every one who has been to see usss! I love you all!Thank you sooo much:) #ontoeurope."

The 'Little Things' superstars will now travel to Paris for a date on April 29 at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy and from there are set to continue on around mainland Europe throughout the rest of May.
