Heartthrob Zayn Malik, of One Direction fame, has drawn a sketch of Australian boyband 5 Seconds of Summer and shared it with his 9.3 million Twitter followers.

The Aussie quartet have been supporting One Direction on tour recently and have now been immortalised by the 'Little Things' singer in a humourous drawing (pictured below) that also displayed the name of the group's new single, 'Try Hard'.

Back in 2011, Malik opened up about his love of art and confessed that sketching his bandmates is something he really enjoys doing: "I can make them look really ugly — big cauliflower ears on Niall and a banana on Harry's head. The other day I didn't draw Louis' hair the way I usually do it and he really moaned so I know exactly what annoys them."

Meanwhile, One Direction are performing in Massachusetts later this evening (June 26) and from there will travel to New York and New Jersey, before heading to Canada.
