One Direction’s enthusiastic fans are known for their loyalty to the British boy band, but one member has spoken out about the hysterical behaviour of some Directioners.

Irish heartthrob Niall Horan has opened up about his feelings on being screamed at everywhere the band goes.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper, the 20-year-old One Direction star explained:

“I wish when fans get 20 seconds with you, they would just sit and have a quick chat rather than just go, 'Arrggghhhh, arrggghhhh!' in your face.”

He added: “I just want to have a chat with them and hear what they have to say.”

It seems that the blonde boy band member wants a quieter life all round as he recently told Bliss magazine that he doesn’t like going clubs because of the noise levels.

Niall stressed: I never got out! I only go to the pub… I hate clubs, you can’t even talk to anyone. You have to shout at them!”
