One Direction auction off specially designed Pudsey Bear for charity

Boyband One Direction have designed a special Pudsey Bear for the Children In Need auction, which was created to represent their fan base.

Member Liam Payne took to his official Twitter page earlier this evening (November 12) to tell his followers that they can bid on the adorable cuddly bear (shown below) now and that proceeds will be donated to the cause:

"Check out our 1D Pudsey for @BBCCiN that was inspired by our incredible fans. Auctions live now, get bidding."

The auction went live last Wednesday (November 6) and is confirmed to run until 6pm GMT on Saturday, November 16. So far, One Direction's bear has attracted a high bid of £1,020.00 ($1,600) and other bears have been designed by the likes of Queen's Brian May, Sir Paul McCartney and Gary Barlow.

On November 26, meanwhile, the boyband will perform live on 'Good Morning America' and are also set to make a very special announcement for their fans in the USA.
