The Culture is a song that pays homage to the iconic history of hip-hop since it’s infancy. Blakk North has written and recorded a song that stimulates your mind by inviting you into an imaginary Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum. This museum references some of the key people who paved the way for the current musical culture. It explains how important hip-hop is in modern day society and what African-Americans did to off set the drug epidemic ravaging our neighborhoods in the early 80’s. Legends were born from this era and some of them are still relevant today, which is beyond their originally anticipated expiration dates.
