Pharrell Williams' 'Happy' named UK's best selling song of 2014

Pharrell Williams has topped a list of the UK's top selling songs of the year so far.

The singer's chart-topping hit track 'Happy' has shifted 1.29 million units this year to land at No.1 on the 2014 list.

At No.2 meanwhile is Clean Bandit and Jess Glynne's 'Rather Be', which has sold 977,000 copies so far.

Completing the top three is 'All of Me' by John Legend, who has sold 702,000 units of the track this year.

No.4 on the list is Pitbull's 'Timber' whilst No.5 is 'Waves' by Mr. Probz.

Other high selling tracks include Katy Perry's 'Dark Horse' (No.7), Sam Smith's 'Money on My Mind' (No.9) and Idina Menzel's Frozen hit 'Let It Go' (No.11).
