Plan B scores second UK No.1 album with iLL Manors

Plan B has scored the second UK number one album of his career with his third studio effort, ‘iLL Manors.’

The 28-year-old’s soundtrack to the film of the same name comfortably outsold The Gaslight Anthem’s ‘Handwritten’ to join 2010’s ‘The Defamation of Strickland Banks’ on his list of chart-toppers.

Jennifer Lopez’s ‘Dance Again: The Hits’ entered at No.4, just behind Maroon 5's 'Overexposed,' while last week’s number one, Elton John vs Pnau’s ‘Good Morning To The Night,’ slipped outside the Top 10.

Elsewhere, there were new entries for Slipknot’s ‘Antennas To Hell,’ Vangelis’ ‘The Collection’ and Passion Pit’s ‘Gossamer,’ while Hans Zimmer’s score for ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ climbed into the Top 20.
