Queen and Adam Lambert have expanded their upcoming Australia tour with a new concert.

The British rockers recently confirmed four dates across the country due to take place in August and September.

The first date will take place at the Perth Arena on August 22 before the band travel to Sydney's Allphones Arena on August 26.

Queen and Lambert were due to perform at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on August 29 ahead of the tour's final date on September 1 at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

However, the band have now added another date at the Rod Laver Arena on August 30.

Tickets for the show are on sale now.

Queen and Adam Lambert are also due to perform in North America and Asia this summer.
