Queen and Adam Lambert have confirmed a series of European tour dates.

The group, who toured North America this summer, will play a number of arena shows next year.

The run - which was announced today (September 29) - will kick off in Newcastle on January 13, with Queen and Lambert also hitting Glasgow, London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Nottingham.

The iconic group will then head to mainland Europe for shows in countries such as France, Germany, Holland and Italy.

The tour is scheduled to end in Zurich on February 19. Tickets for the UK dates will go on sale from Friday (October 3).
