Queen: 'If we didn't have Adam Lambert, we wouldn't still be doing this'

Queen and Adam Lambert resumed their tour last night (May 20) with a performance at Rock in Rio in Lisbon, and they have praised Lambert for joining their live line up and giving them the chance to take their show back on the road.

In a new interview, which can be seen below in full, iconic guitarist Brian May explained that finding Lambert was a dream come true because it gave their band a new lease of life:

"If we didn't have Adam, I don't think Roger and I would be doing this, and that's the truth. We've had a chance to interpret the canon that we've built up. I don't know how long we have this opportunity to work with Adam, he has a career and things to do, and we have this window of opportunity so it's wonderful to go out and make some people happy."
