Recent times have made taking care of our mental and physical health even more challenging than usual with many looking to new areas to help them through, but how many of you have considered the power of crystals and even crystal sound therapy? A lot of health problems are caused by stress, poor diet and a lack of exercise and no doubt these are areas that could have affected many of us during lockdown.
