Botown was formed by lead singer and guitarist Ajay - a North London born and bred musician with #1 hit singles and album (‘Aaja Sajna’) in India. The band’s unique sound is a result of his passion for Bollywood and Soul music and his need to express the unifying factors of his various musical and cultural influences.

The band has played headline slots at prominent venues like The Jazz Cafe, Momo’s and Trafalgar Square. Along the way they have built up a large and loyal following and been credited with inventing a brand new genre of music.
