New York, NY (July 1, 2016) —  Kungs’ new single “This Girl” holds #1 on Shazam’s Worldwide Chart for three weeks straight.  The song also has over 31 million streams on YouTube, listen HERE. "This Girl” - Remixes EP is at all digital retailers now at this link through Casablanca Records.

In addition, the song is just starting to significantly heat up at radio. San Francisco Top 40 stations KYLD and KMVQ just added the song as well as AMP 92.3 New York. Additionally, the nation’s leading Alternative station, Los Angeles’ KROQ just added it into regular rotation following early initial support from key tastemaker AAA and Alternative stations across the U.S. such as KCRW-Los Angeles (AAA), LIVE 105-San Francisco (Alt), KKXT-Dallas (AAA), KBCO-Denver (AAA), KPOI-Honolulu (Alt), and many more!

Kungs began his musical journey with a Djembe gifted to him by his parents at 5-years-old. Discovering electronic music, his unofficial remixes of Lana Del Rey and Bob Marley would go viral while still in high school. Soon, Axwell & Ingrosso and Lost Frequencies would tap him for official remixes, and his take on the latter’s “Are You With Me” amassed more than 19 million-plus YouTube views. His first original “To Describe You” with Mozambofeaturing Molly crossed the 1-million mark on Soundcloudwithin days of its release.
