NEW YORK, NY (March 23rd, 2018) – Cleveland based six-piece blues and gospel influenced Alternative band, Welshly Arms’ highly anticipated debut album, No Place Is Home, is set for release on June 8th. See the full No Place Is Hometracklist below. Pre-order No Place Is Home here.
The band’s new track, “Sanctuary,” taken from No Place Is Home, premieres on Baeble – listen and share the song here. “Sanctuary” was co-produced by Jayson DeZuzio (Imagine Dragons’ “Thunder”). Baeble hails the track as “one of the most soulful anthems of the decade.”
Of “Sanctuary,” frontman Sam Getz says, “We wrote ‘Sanctuary’ in a time where everything on the news and in politics seemed so dark and out of control. Nothing felt safe, nowhere felt like home and there wasn’t a lot of positive news to find hope in. ‘Sanctuary’ is a reminder that hope is always there in the people you keep close. Even as the world seems to be breaking down around us, my family, friends and the people I love are where I always find my security and my home.”
This summer, Welshly Arms will support Thirty Seconds To Mars on the last leg of their upcoming tour, beginning July 3rd in Birmingham, AL and including stops in Los Angeles, Dallas, Austin, San Diego, Phoenix, Oklahoma City and more – see the full list of dates below. Tickets are available now via WelshlyArms.com.
Welshly Arms released their Republic Records debut EP, Legendary, this past August. Legendary features the Gold Certified (Germany and Switzerland) title track, “Legendary,” which the band recently performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! "Legendary" has since surpassed 45 million streams on Spotify, 1.5 million Shazams and peaked at #14 at Alternative Radio. Welshly Arms has also seen significant success in the sync world, with ads for Miller, Hulu, NFL, Indian Motorcycles and Beck’s Beer, and their track “Hold on I’m Coming,” soundtracked the trailer for Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight.
