SHABOOZEY SHARES TRIPPY VISUALIZER FOR
“BREAK THE BAND (HOW COULD SHE?)”

NEW MUSIC DROPPING SOON

NEW YORK, NY (March 30, 2018) — Critically acclaimed rapper, singer, producer, screenwriter, and auteur Shaboozey unveils the trippy animated visualizer for his new single “Break The Band (How Could She?)” today. Watch it HERE. Get it HERE via Kreshendo/Republic Records.

Brought to life by smoked-out seventies-style psychedelic animation, the clip perfectly mirrors the lyrics—which detail the tragic dissolution and disbandment of countless classic groups due to a femme fatale. Once again, Shaboozey flips the script, siphoning otherworldly rock spirit into a pastiche of hip-hop and alternative unlike anything else out there.

Counting the likes of Francis Ford Coppola, NASCAR, Led Zeppelin, and Roger Waters among his myriad muses, Shaboozey vivisects and re-envisions the very blueprint for hip-hop. 2017 saw his “Ramble On”-sampling Led Zeppelin love letter, “Robert Plant,” drum up a serious buzz online. Extolled by ComplexHypebeast, and more, his full scale disruption had just begun. Soon after, he inked a major label deal with Republic Records. The artist’s first single “Winning Streak” ignited a groundswell of enthusiasm from fans. Within a few months’ time, it generated over 3 million Spotify streams and counting. Now, Shaboozey has got his sights set on musical revolution.
