OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE

Today, gold-certified and critically acclaimed LA-based, New York-born rock band The Score—Eddie Anthony and Edan Dover—unveil a brand-new EP entitled Stay.
On the EP, The Score commented, "For us, Stay EP was like therapy. The overarching theme is about staying true to who we are as people and as a band, from the outside world and from within. On this EP, we wanted to deliver our fans a bit of what they know and love about us. With songs like 'Stay', we’re exploring the darker side of the human pursuit. We think fans, old and new, will find something they like from this project. We look forward to playing them live on the road for our fans and seeing that special connection we live for.”
Delivering a fast-paced and hard-hitting body of work this time around, the group amplify their sound with robust guitars and bolder beats than ever before. They preceded its arrival with the title track “Stay,” which racked up over 3 million Spotify streams and counting in two months’ time. Meanwhile, its music video, inspired by Eddie’s heritage with its luchador action, is about to close in on 1 million views.
Elsewhere on the EP, “Rush” packs urgent and palpable emotion into a handclap-propelled groove and resounding vocal rasp. “In My Bones” seamlessly encapsulates the spirit of their genre-busting signature style, alternating guitar leads, sweeping melodies, hip-hop drums, and big screen-worthy choruses. “Hunger” explodes from layered distortion into catchy choruses.
For “Run Like A Rebel,” the band joined forces with GRAMMY® Award-nominated songwriter and producer David Pramik [Rag N Bone Man, X Ambassadors, Nothing More]. Together, they deliver a seismic anthem equally propulsive and powerful. Additionally, they teamed up with producer Tommee Profitt [NF] for “Can’t Stop Now,” which spirals from an infectious lead riff into the empowering hook, “Oh, you can’t stop me now.”
This follows the RIAA gold certification of the band’s smash single “Unstoppable,” which made them one of a handful of rock bands to go gold in 2019!
The Score recently wrapped up yet another completely sold out North American, European & Asian headline tour, this time in support of the Pressure EP. Stops included a sold-out night at London’s Camden Assembly this past weekend, The Troubadour in Los Angeles and The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn. So far, the latter’s cumulative stream tally surpasses 120 million across “Glory,” “Stronger,” and latest banger “Dreamin” [feat. Blackbear].
New York-born and Los Angeles-based duo The Score stand out as a fiery genre-defying phenomenon, incinerating the lines between rock, pop, indie, and electronic. Powered by ubiquitous anthems such as “Oh My Love,” “Legend,” and “Unstoppable,” the boys have racked up nearly 1.8 Billion cumulative streams worldwide over the course of two EPs—Unstoppable and Myths & Legends—and a 2017 full-length debut, ATLAS. As they ignited venues across North America, in addition their music has been used in campaigns for Jeep, NBA, and beyond.
