Rihanna has come out in defence of Britney Spears’ vocal performance on the remix of her hit song, ‘S&M.’

During an interview with New York’s 92.3 NOW FM, host Lil Cee told the Barbadian songstress that “people” have been saying that Spears’ voice sounds “nasally” on the track.

“Well, that’s their opinion,” Rihanna replied. “They’re also saying that it’s dynamic and that it’s No.1 on iTunes right now. ‘S&M’ is a really high song to sing. It’s in a really high register. I thought she did incredible.”
