Rihanna's 'Talk That Talk' on course to be No.1

Rihanna has shot straight into the top spot with her brand new album 'Talk That Talk' this afternoon, November 23.

The midweek chart positions were updated today and show that the Bajan beauty is steaming ahead with sales of her new record despite facing tough competition from boyband One Direction, who have entered the albums chart at No.2 with 'Up All Night', and Westlife

The Irish superstars, who recently announced they will retire after their final tour next year, have made an appearance at No.3 with 'Greatest Hits' and Kate Bush's highly-anticipated offering '50 Words For Snow' is just behind at No.5.

Nickelback's 'Here and Now' is a new entry at No.9 and 'On Your Radar' from girl group The Saturdays is at No.15.

Pixie Lott's latest offering, 'Young Foolish Happy', has slipped a noticable 19 places to No.37 and this week's highest climber is James Morrison's 'The Awakening', which has moved up 6 spots to No.26.
