Rihanna has added an Irish date to her forthcoming world tour.

The singer recently released the chart-topping album 'Unapologetic' and she is set to promote the record next year with her Diamonds tour.

She had already announced a batch of UK outdoor and arena dates but Ireland was absent from her original list of shows.

However, the 'Where Have You Been' star has now confirmed a date at Dublin's Aviva Stadium on June 21.

Tickets for the Ireland date will go on sale from November 30.

The UK leg of Rihanna's 2013 tour meanwhile kicks off in Cardiff on June 10 and finished up in Sunderland on June 20.
