Rita Ora wants Miley Cyrus and Iggy Azalea for cover of 1975 hit

Rita Ora says she wants to create a new version of the hit song 'Lady Marmalade'.

The track, first recorded by Labelle in 1975, was covered by Christina Aguilera, Lil' Kim, Mýa and P!nk in 2001.

Speaking to The Sun, Ora said that she would like to join up with the likes of Miley Cyrus and Iggy Azalea for a new version.

She said: "It's always been my goal to create another 'Lady Marmalade'.

"I'm trying to round up the troops - I think it would be me, Miley, Charli XCX - she'd be fun - and Iggy."

The 2001 version of the song was recorded for the soundtrack to Moulin Rouge.

Ora meanwhile is due to release her second album later this year.

Her debut effort 'ORA' landed in 2012.
