Selena Gomez: 'I have adult haters and they're mean, but I refuse to let them win'

Hitmaker Selena Gomez has revealed that she gets bullied online by grown adults and can't believe that people would stoop so low.

Speaking to E! News about being picked on and targeted by adults who have nothing better to do with their time on the Internet, Gomez admitted that it's pathetic although it also hurts to be slammed by complete strangers for no reason:

"I get picked on by grown adults all the time. It's grown-ups and I don't get it."

"It just baffles me. I wish I could just sit them down and say, 'What were you doing at 15? What were you doing at 18? What were you doing at 21?' Because I can guarantee you it's not half of what I've done.'"

The 'Come & Get It' songstress went onto add that she won't let them beat her down and break her spirit, so she's working hard to rise above it all: "Trust me, it's hard. I've had my moments where I've let them get to me but I refuse to let them win."

During an interview with Into The Gloss earlier this month, Gomez confessed that she struggles with her celebrity and often finds it hard to deal with fame: "Sometimes, I'll be honest, I don't handle all of this as well as people think, so it's been important to really figure out what makes me feel grounded."
