Selena Gomez debuts trailer for new "passion project" Netflix series

Singer and actress Selena Gomez has unveiled the first trailer for the exciting new show she has been co-producing alongside her mother

She is working on a series for Netflix entitled '13 Reasons Why', which is based on the popular novel by Jay Asher. In the story, a boy named Clay finds a box of tapes left behind by classmate Hannah, who committed suicide, and each one reveals a new reason why she killed herself and also addresses specific students known to both of them. 

Gomez shared the teaser clip on Instagram and also confirmed the release date of March 31, and accompanied the post with the following caption: "A peek at a passion project I've been working on with @Netflix. @13ReasonsWhy arrives 3/31."
