Entrepreneurs, advocates and Teen Choice Award winners Sam and Colby announce an expansion of their interactive, hyper-focused online community, Meta Life. Launching today, Fri., May 1, this peer-to-peer support system provides a safe environment for Gen-Z and young millennials to discuss the daily obstacles and challenges in the midst of COVID-19.

Meta Life’s core purpose is to learn and grow together in a way that is engaging, fun and communal. The community features Sam and Colby sharing videos and personal experiences in developing life skills, setting goals, and overcoming challenges to get the most out of their lives.

The update features:

New courses: The topics of the new videos include Sam and Colby’s personal experience in overcoming feelings of anxiety, building self-esteem, practicing meditation, and elevating communication

App: The app, which is an add-on for the online platform, allows Meta Life users to engage more easily with other users, unlock more achievements and interact with a variety of courses.

Reward system: Users can earn badges and achievements through a point system based on activity in the community.

The duo has reduced the price to $4.99 for the subscription, making the platform more affordable to everyone during this time of need. Additionally, a contribution going to Crisis Text Line will be made through the Mental Health Fund.

In the past year, Sam and Colby have won the Teen Choice Award for Choice YouTuber, a Streamy Award for Overall Action or Sci-Fi, and the Breakout Creator at 2019 Catalyst Content Awards Gala. Additionally, they are currently nominated for a Shorty Award in the YouTube Ensemble category.
