Fearne Cotton announces that her highly acclaimed Happy Place Festival will return this year as a free virtual experience running over a month.

Taking place from 12th June until 12th July, the virtual festival will continue to promote the Happy Place ethos for everyone to enjoy online. By curating an inclusive vast array of content, a varied line-up of talented and knowledgeable speakers, creators, and teachers, we have created a supportive hub for the Happy Place community.

Fearne says: "2020 has been a challenging year for many reasons, with anxiety heightened, loss, pain and injustice all afoot. It's clear that community and connection are more vital than ever. I wanted to work out a way of making the festival happen to give people a way of experiencing helpful classes, workshops and talks for free this summer. There's even more content than we would have had at the live event so I really hope everyone enjoys our month's long schedule.”

Visitors will be able to register on the site from 5th June, allowing access to schedules and the ability to book into an unlimited amount of classes, workshops, and talks.

A dedicated website, complete with bespoke illustrations and eye-catching graphics, will allow you to roam around the festival site and enjoy the many activities on offer.

From craft workshops to cooking, music to meditation, storytelling to shopping, every day will feature three-to-five accessible, family-friendly activities for everyone to enjoy.

Across the month-long programme, some incredibly inspirational and knowledgeable figures will host activities, workshops, and talks covering a range of wellbeing-focused topics. Between talented musicians Gary Barlow and Craig David, accomplished presenters Keith Lemon, Gok Wan, Emma Willis, and Clara Amfo and filmmaker Reggie Yates, influential couples Tom Daley & Lance Black, and Tom & Gi Fletcher, and esteemed journalists Bryony Gordon & Scarlett Curtis, each session will bring a unique energy to the festival.

Alongside celebrity figures, a host of fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing experts will also be sharing their wisdom. Featuring Alice Liveing, Rosemary Ferguson, Danielle Peazer, Zephyr Wildman, Rebecca Dennis, Krissy Cela, Richie Norton, Hannah Barrett, Dr Hazel Wallace, The Happy Pear, and Goldierocks, this year's line-up provides a wealth of knowledge and entertainment in equal measure.

Despite its virtual presence, Happy Place will also host an online marketplace full of boutique, ethical, and independent vendors. Visitors will be able to navigate this range of beautiful and unique businesses on this online bazaar.

Although the festival is a free event to the public, there will be an opportunity for an optional donation which will go to Mind, The Prince's Trust, and CoppaFeel! - charities Fearne is an ambassador for, as well as Black Lives Matter and NHS Charities Together.
