Releases her brilliant debut single “Parachute”

Rising star Olivia Somerlyn has been building a buzz about her music in the US and is finally releasing her single “Parachute”, available to download now. Olivia was born and raised in San Francisco and began writing her own music at the age of 13 years old. The super talented singer, songwriter, pianist and guitarist has demonstrated musical skills well beyond her 20 years. Olivia is managed by Kevin Jonas Sr. and has toured with not only The Jonas Brothers and Victoria Justice but also Jessie J and opened South American tour with Big Time Rush. Now she is touring the UK with Meghan Trainor.

Though Olivia’s fans are her #1 priority, they are by no means the only ones to take notice of the rising star. Her Parachute single, co-written by Nick Jonas, is currently in heavy rotation and featured on countdown charts in the US as well as continued growth at Top 40s radio stations all across the country. The remix for “Parachute” has reached # 1 status on the US

Billboard dance Club chart and #5 on the UK Music Week Club Pop chart .The music video for “Parachute”, was premiered with raving reviews on Billboard.com and has been covered by media outlets such as Instyle.com, E News, and MTV Hits.

As well as releasing her first single in the UK Olivia is thrilled to be supporting Meghan Trainor on the UK leg of her tour  She is excited to be reaching out to her UK fan base and bringing her young vibrant sound this side of the Atlantic.
