Theholyc drops audio and remix for new single, Shake Shake

Shake Shake is the first single from multinational, multitalented producer/rapper/DJ Theholyc. The track is inspired by the artist’s fascination with Harlem, where she has long had a connection with.

The release has been supported across 6Music, and is currently #24 in the Music Week Urban Charts. It features a Muzi Remix which was featured in Thump (part of the Vice network).

 

Theholyc, aka Cheryl Vickers, is a producer and vocalist from Scotland now residing in London. She gained recognition as a DJ/Producer in 2011, toured the UK and Australia and was ranked number 3 out of the top 50 emerging artists that year by Time Out. Since then she has been working in NY with LL Cool J and Chris Brown’s artist Luvaboy TJ and developing her vocal skills. She was named New York’s hottest underground rapper and style icon by Vogue. Theholyc has an ever growing social media and over 300K views on Wilding Buggin Trippin on YouTube. Theholyc worked with Chris Brown’s artist: Luvaboy TJ to create Wilding, Buggin, Trippin which has had over 300K views. Theholyc’s next single is produced by ASAP mob’s TY Beats (who produced Peso).
