‘Jika’ is the new, hotly tipped single from South African hip-hop superstar AKA. Known in the music world for his radio and club sensations, he is back with a new, slick production overlayed with his distinctive, powerful vocals. Bad boy AKA, also known as The Supa Mega is thought by most to be the best rapper in Africa. Touch My Blood, his most recent album, was certified Platinum in South Africa and led AKA to be global recognised, with award nominations for Best International Act (Africa) at the BET Awards & MOBO Awards and Best African Act at the MTV EMA’s. AKA has won support from Huff Post, GQ, Pulse, Daily Sun, The Raw Africa. He has been recognised by Hot97’s Breakfast host DJ Ebro as one of the top up & coming artists to look out for, alongside the likes of Jorja Smith, Buddy and Ella Mai.
