Mountains To The Snow is the sixth single of Amsterdam based Eckhardt And The House. It's a cheerful uplifting mellow wintertune with brilliant addition of western guitar and mariachi horns.

Eckhardt And The House is the project by producer, singer, multi-instrumentalist, dramatist and actor Rik Elstgeest. Rik is known from his previous bands Kopna Kopna and Alamo Race Track as well as being composer and producer for Zazi. Together with Gerry Arling (of Arling & Cameron fame) and Bo Koek he is the core of Dutch electropop surprise Mass Electric. Mountains To The Snow features on vocals Bella Hay (daughter of Golden Earring frontman Barry Hay) and Heidi Happy (guest vocals for Yello).

Spotify already put Mountains To The Snow on this week's New Music Friday playlist in The Netherlands. The previous singles by Eckhardt And The House did very well on Dutch radio and were played for months by national and regional broadcasters. Enthusiastic responses from music blogs also came in from countries diverse as Germany, UK, Italy, Japan, Australia and the United States. On Spotify, the first five singles were streamed over 375.000 times in a total number of 62 countries.

Mountains To The Snow is released under new TCBYML sub-label BERT, dedicated to young musical talent. BERT was launched this august and was created especially for Dutch artists and bands. BERT is exciting, challenging, new, enterprising, a feeling, a friend, full of idealism, adventurous and honest.
