After Union Morbide released their first demo in 1987 multiple record labels showed interest. This resulted in a meeting with the A&R manager of Warner Music USA. The band decided to stay independent however, and release music on the befriended LMOOR label.

Union Morbide was active between 1985 and 1995 and released various LPs, CD and singles. Their 015 EP is now released digitally through TCBYML:

The three track 015 EP was originally released in 1991 after the band had already been on several European tours with Leatherface from the UK, Vernon Walters from The Netherlands and Scraps from France a.o.

From the very first moment Draw A Line, the main song of the EP, was embraced by national radio in the Netherlands and was played for months.

As the band lost their original multi-track tape they recorded it again from one of the original 7'inches. They've chosen not to brush away too much to retain the vinyl feel even digitally. Afterwards, the songs were not remastered but mastered for the first time ever :-)

Union Morbide played approx 1000 shows all over Europe with awesome bands like Leatherface, Pennywise, No Use For A Name, Samiam, Bad Religion, Toxic Reasons, Suicidal Tendencies, SNUFF, NRA, Funeral Oration, Seein Red, Bambix, All, HDQ, NOFX, GBH, Verbal Assault, Scraps, Vernon Walters, Jawbox, Broken Toys, Citizen Fish, Millincolin, Heideroosjes, Supersuckers, SNFU.

015 is released digitally this week and available for purchase/streaming on all known digital platforms.
