The Vamps thank fans after passing 600,000 followers on Twitter

Rising stars The Vamps have taken to their official Twitter page to thank their fans for being so supportive on their social networking page.

The 'Can We Dance' heartthrobs have now reached 600,000 followers on Twitter and posted a message to their followers to let them know how much they appreciate it: "600K, wow that is unbelievable! You guyyyssssss."

Earlier this month, the lads told Yahoo! OMG that they are planning to release their debut studio album in April and it's been a long time in the making: "Our album's coming out in mid April - we're 99% sure. Me and James have been writing this for about two and a half years."

"That's why we really connected, because we're such keen songwriters, and we're kept that going. We've co-written a lot of the album, and Tristan (Evans) has been been helping produce lots of the songs."
