The Vamps' Connor on stage fall: 'My life flashed before my eyes'

Bassist Connor Ball, of The Vamps fame, has given an account of when he fell off the stage at London's O2 Arena earlier this week and confessed that it was genuinely terrifying.

Speaking to London's Metro about the unfortunate accident, Ball (pictured above, left) explained that the edge of the stage came out of nowhere and the whole incident was over so quickly:

"My life flashed before my eyes when it happened but I’m ok now! One minute I was up on stage then I was lying down looking at the ceiling but I’m back and ready for playing tonight."

The lads just finished performing a series of concerts at the huge venue in support of Taylor Swift and they have now announced details of their first ever headlining tour, which will kick off in Sheffield on September 23.

Member Bradley Simpson told Capital FM that the run of dates will be 'surprising and exciting': "We cannot wait to get out on our first tour, it's going to be amazing. There'll be a lot of energy on stage. We want to do something fun, we want it to be a show not just, like, a standard gig. We want people to be surprised and excited."
