'Last Night' hitmakers The Vamps recently sat down for a quick-fire question and answer session with Digital Spy and opened up about their eating and sleeping habits, naming which members are the worst. 

When asked who eats the most, the lads all had one member in mind and member James McVey admitted that he definitely holds that title: "I eat the... who eats the most in this band? Probably me."

Frontman Brad Simpson added: "James definitely. Protein. Anything that has protein in. Chicken, eggs... omelettes... the lot." Simpson also joked that McVey complains the most and it's usually to do with eating: "James... when he doesn't get his food!"

The 'Can We Dance' heartthrobs then talked about the band's sleeping habits and McVey told the camera: "Connor Ball sleeps the most." Simpson joined in and confessed that Ball recently hit his head on a train after nodding off: "He face-planted a train the other day because he just fell asleep and head-butted the train."

Each member also named guitarist McVey as the one who takes the most selfies and Ball was crowned the best dancer, although Simpson explained that "Tristan's got a booty that just doesn't quit - day or night".
