The Vamps' Connor shares 'Britain's Got Talent' audition photo: 'Now The Vamps are performing on it!'

'Last Night' heartthrob Connor Ball has revealed that he can't believe his band, The Vamps, will be performing on 'Britain's Got Talent' later this evening (May 28) because he auditioned for the show as a soloist a few years ago.

Ball shared a photograph of himself auditioning for the televised talent contest with his followers on Twitter and accompanied the snapshot with the caption: "So I auditioned for 'Britain's Got Talent' about 3-4 years ago, now we get to perform on it that's just crazy."

Member James McVey also posted a message about playing live on the programme and tweeted that he can't wait to meet music mogul Simon Cowell, who is something of an inspiration to him: "Excited to meet @SimonCowell on Wednesday. He's one of my favourite people in the world. What a wise chap. #legend."

The guys recently opened up about potentially going solo at some point and confessed that there are definitely no plans to go their separate ways: "The thing about us is that we all love each other and we're best friends. These guys have done the solo stuff already..." Evans concluded, "They've got it out of their system!"
