The Vamps on embarrassing shirtless experience

'Wild Heart' pop-rockers The Vamps have revealed that while they don't like to strut around on stage with their shirts off, there was an embarrassing moment where two of the members swapped tops and someone snapped a photograph.

Speaking to Britain's Daily Star newspaper, the lads explained that they tried to be sneaky about changing clothes, but being in front of hundreds of fans meant that of course someone saw and created photographic evidence.

Brad Simpson said: "We (he and drummer Tristan Evans) swapped T-shirts because I played drums for one song. We went off stage, swapped T-shirts, and we were like 'they'll never know - they'll think I'm Tristan'. Then we swapped back and someone took a picture."

Evans then added that seeing photographs of himself half-naked wasn't too enjoyable: "Yeah, just so skinny. No meat on there at all - just bones!"
