The Vamps have created the theme song for Kung Fu Panda 3.

The tune is called Kung Fu Fighting'.

The news was confirmed today (December 15) by the group and film studio 20th Century Fox.

The Vamps said on Twitter: "We’re really excited to announce our partnership with @20CenturyFoxUK and #KungFuPanda! Keep an eye out for more Panda news coming soon."

20th Century Fox added: "We're delighted to announce @TheVampsBand have recorded the official #KungFuPanda 3 title track, Kung Fu Fighting!"

Kung Fu Panda 3 is due to be released on January 29.

The flick will feature the voice talents of stars such as Jack Black, Angelina Jolie and Dustin Hoffman.

The movie will see the Po train up a number of pandas in the art of kung fu.
