Adele's late night after parties keeping The Vamps up

The Vamps' James McVey has claimed that Adele's after concert parties are keeping The Vamps from getting their beauty sleep. The band have stayed in the same hotel as her entourage.

The 21-year-old told The Daily Star that they are currently touring the same UK venues as the '25' star, and are also staying in the same hotels most nights.

McVey said: "We haven't seen her show yet but Adele was staying at the same hotel as us the other day. It was her tour party that kept me awake all night - it was loud."

Speaking of the band's own after gig antics, McVey said: "We tend to pick the nights we party. The mini-bar is safe but in London we will have a few drinks with friends and family. Backstage it's all protein shakes, coffee, ginger and lemon. Nothing diva-ish apart from Haribo sweets.

"And we like to huddle and rub chins together before stage time."

McVey also explaned that their new joint single with OMI, 'I Found A Girl', is about falling in love with a girl who prefers girls.
