X Factor contestant Amelia Lily was voted off the show last week and her elimination sent a shockwave through the programme's audience, but now her mentor Kelly Rowland has invited her back as a guest. 

The talented 16-year-old was made to leave the show on Sunday, October 9 along with 3 other acts in a surprising new twist, but she made such an impact on the Destiny's Child judge that she now will be present at the show over the weekend. 

In an official post on The X Factor's website, Rowland explained:

"It was extremely hard to say goodbye to Amelia because I have really gotten to know my girls and they are my babies."

"I will stay in touch for sure. In fact, she is coming to this weekend's show as my guest."
