TikTok's Head of UK Music Operations is among the latest speakers to be announced for ILMC 35.

Taking place at a new, five-star location in 2023, ILMC will present a broader programme of discussions and welcome more delegates than ever before at the recently upgraded Royal Lancaster Hotel from 28 February – 3 March.

Mogendorff is an influential figure in the music world, with a wealth of experience in the wider digital media space, having held key roles at YouTube/YouTube Music and MTV Europe prior to joining TikTok in 2022.

Mogendorff joins Marketing 3.0: The New Rules Rule, discussing new methods of reaching audiences, chaired by Live Nation's EVP marketing & consumer technology international, Jackie Wilgar.

His inclusion on the ILMC programme reflects the new music landscape that the live music industry operates within, and is part of ILMC's efforts to widen the scope and connect the dots between live professionals and those in neighbouring sectors across the modern music ecosystem.

Also announced today are a number of respected names joining the ILMC 35 Futures Forum.

Created and shaped by young professionals, Futures Forum is a one-day discussion and networking event taking place within ILMC, which welcomes an additional delegation of young professionals.

Metropolis Music's Raye Cosbert and Alexandra Ampofo will speak about closing the generation gap on a panel chaired by Scottish Event Campus's Debbie McWilliams; Stella Stocco (Södra Teatern) and Sönke Schal (Karsten Jahnke Konzertdirektion) are part of Meet The New Bosses: Class Of 2023; Nastassja Roberts (DreamHaus) and Ross Patel (Whole Entertainment) have signed up for a session called Live After TikTok; and Will Holdoway (Method Events) and Music Managers Forum's Paul Bonham will join The Young Entrepreneur session, which will be chaired by MATA Agency's Caroline Reason.

This latest announcement adds to a growing ILMC 35 programme.

Among the high-profile executive names already announced for this year's conference are Marty Diamond (Wasserman Music), Maria May (CAA), Obi Asika (UTA), Herman Schueremans (Live Nation Belgium/Rock Werchter), Nelson Albareda (Loud And Live), Dan Steinberg (Emporium Presents), Jenny Hutchinson (Bristol Ashton Gate Stadium), Jane Beese (Manchester International Factory), Emma Bownes (The O2), John Drury (OVO Arena Wembley), Okan Tombulca (eps), Steve Machin (Vatom) and Holger Jan Schmidt (Yourope).

ILMC Managing Director Greg Parmley said: "As we move to a brand-new location for the first time in 20 years, the 35th edition of ILMC will welcome not only more delegates but also a range of speakers from more music business sectors than ever as well. Speakers like David Mogendorff bring valuable insight into areas of the business that have become vital to success."
