Tinie Tempah: 'You always get nervous when the BRITs are coming up'

'Pass Out' sensation Tinie Tempah has revealed that being nominated in the BRIT Awards this year came as a big and very welcome surprise

Chatting to Josh from The Hits Radio, the hitmaker confessed that he always gets a little nervous ahead of awards ceremonies, but it's an honour to be up for the British Single prize (he was eliminated from the British Video category yesterday):

“You always get that chuffed feeling, you always get nervous when the BRITs are coming up, and thinking ‘is my name going to be there or not’. I am very excited and ready to go down and have fun.”

The 2017 BRIT Awards will take place on February 22 at London's O2 Arena. Tinie will go up against the likes of Little Mix, James Arthur, Jonas Blue, Rihanna and Calvin Harris, Zayn Malik and Coldplay for the coveted British Single title.
