Lady Gaga dishes on new album

Lady Gaga has revealed some new details about her forthcoming album, ‘Born This Way.’

“Every song on the album I really feel could be a single,” she told Ryan Seacrest in a live radio interview yesterday. “One of my favourite songs is called ‘Hair.’ It’s really up-tempo. It’s a club record but it’s sort of got this Bruce Springsteen vibe to it. I actually had Clarence Clemons come in from the E Street Band and he played saxophone on [it]. The lyrics are, ‘Whenever I dress cool my parents put up a fight/And if I’m a hot shot Mom will cut my hair at night/And in the morning I’m shorn of my identity/I scream, Mom and Dad why can’t I be who I wanna be?’ It’s just really great, I love it.”

The eccentric singer also told Seacrest she spent 72 hours in her Hussein Chalayan-designed vessel prior to Sunday night’s Grammy Awards.
