Mumford & Sons recording new album

After a whirlwind awards season, which saw sales of their debut album spike in the US, Mumford & Sons are already talking about recording its follow-up.

"We want to get the second album recorded this year, and we’re hoping to have gigged the record in before going to the studio," Ben Lovett tells ‘Rolling Stone.’

The band are planning to enlist the help of producer Markus Dravs, who worked his magic on ‘Sigh No More,’ on the new LP.

"I think we could perhaps record it ourselves, but we’d get lost in our own sorts. He’s really good at bringing a little bit of structure and order to very disorganised minds," Lovett adds.
