Thirteen-year-old Rebecca Black has become a worldwide internet sensation since the video for her debut song hit the web last Friday.

The heavily Auto-tuned track, titled ‘Friday,’ has been a trending topic on Twitter for over a day – but for all the wrong reasons. Unfortunately for the aspiring singer, the song and video have been almost universally panned, although it now has almost three million views on YouTube.

‘American Idol’ host Ryan Seacrest even weighed in on the debate yesterday, tweeting, “If ur wondering why Rebecca Black has been trending for 24 hrs, this is the video u need to see.”
