Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge yesterday in Atlanta.

The charges are in connection with an incident that took place in January.

According to police reports, Mane – real Radric Davis – allegedly tried to push a woman from a moving car after she declined to “go to the hotel” with him for $150.

This isn’t Mane’s first brush with the law. He was convicted of drug possession in 2001 and also served time behind bars in 2005 for assault and in 2009 for violating parole.
